3. FUNERAL/SERVICE PROGRAM INFORMATION — Provide front
cover information (include the name of deceased, date of birth
and death, place of funeral, time of funeral, etc.), obituary,
order of service, poems and back page information (include the
pallbearers, flower bearers, interment, thank you, etc.). You
must type and email a file or fax in extremely clear
handwriting funeral/service program information. For best
quality, have good clear photos. We understand this is not
always available, but we suggest you use the best photo for the
front of the program. With NO EXCEPTIONS, all programs
must be PROOF READ AND APPROVED before printing.
4. CONTACT INFORMATION — Please include all contact
information such as: your name, address, phone number, etc.
